forming SafeCare Services Ltd, Lionel had been responsible for the management
of one of the largest Secure Units in the U.K. - Red Bank Special Unit
and Vardy House in Merseyside.
His
previous professional experience encompassed Community Homes, Approved
schools, Prisons and Remand Centres. A teacher by profession with a
Masters Degree from the University of Warwick.
Acted
as a consultant for the BBC2 film "On Her Majesty's Pleasure".
Previously worked as advisor to Independent Television for a "World
in Action" production.
Responsible
for the professional liaison with Social Services Departments, Youth
Offending Teams, H.M. Prison Service, Youth Justice Board, Secure Units
and Residential Homes throughout the U.K. |
MILDRED
HUGHES - Director
Prior
to taking up the position of Manager and Financial Director for SafeCare
Services Ltd. Mildred Hughes had been in industry where she had responsibility
for the training of young women.
This
was followed by a period of voluntary work with young people who had
found themselves at odds with the norms of society.
A
peripatetic manager who is equally at home on an escort task, in staff
appraisal meetings or functioning at the hub of SafeCare's central control
unit.

BENNET - Director
Responsible
from the inception of SafeCare Services Ltd for all finances and financial
records.

DAVID
MATTHEWS - Office Manager
Founder
member of SafeCare services Ltd.
Presently
responsible for the formulation and monitoring of each escort task.
A
teacher by profession with thirty three years of experience - from head
of P.E. in an inner city Comprehensive to educational advisor in a large
secure unit - providing long term care, treatment and rehabilitation
for young men.
