You would only be charged for the
time we actually spend with the young person - No
Extras, No mileage charges.
Single journeys would require an extra

The cost, in monetary terms, is based upon a competitive scale of
charges. |

The savings to your Authority are considerable in that both social
workers and residential staff will no longer be diverted away from their
primary task. The drudgery of long or short journeys will be managed
by a team of professional and cost-effective staff from SafeCare. |

| SafeCare is one of the least expensive Social Work Escort Services and
at the same time, the most professional. |

| SafeCare can respond promptly to a request for assistance
but ideally would prefer 24 hours notice. SafeCare carefully
selects the "make-up" of each escort team in
the line with the needs of the Authority and the Client.
SafeCare will use the same staff for "repeater work". |

On completion of the task, each young person is asked to complete and
sign our "Client Evaluation Form" - a copy of which is forwarded
to the service user.
This Form serves to give the young person the opportunity to register
constructive comments or criticism of the journey, etc., as an indicator
of quality assurance. |

| SafeCare employ only professional staff with proven experience in dealing
with young people in difficult situations. All vehicles are modern, well
equiped, regularly serviced and are "unmarked". SafeCare staff
do not wear uniforms. |
